Monsieur's note

Le sac d’evasion translates to “The escape bag” or more romantically, “The getaway bag”. I first drew the initial sketch for this bag after a day out at the gallery, where I saw Augustus Leopold’s The Travelling Companions. I was inspired to create an article of daily and occasional escapes that would evoke just that. Le sac d’evasion is perfect for a routine day out or an impulsive trip. It is petite enough to carry the essentials and then some, quietly provocative enough to eliminate excuses, and motivate you to go out into the real world.
