Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

  • We aim to process and dispatch all items within four working days.
  • Domestic and international shipping are carrier-dependent.
  • Some items purchased together might need to be shipped seperately, if that is the case, we would contact you to let you know. In such cases, we would bear the cost.

Returns and Refunds

Monsieur la Fleur aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a refund.

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order being delivered.
  • The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn and unused, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be sent back to you.

Please note:

  • Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customised items are returnable for a fee of 40% of the item's cost.
  • We will only cover the cost of return for defective items.
  • Final refund amount does not include cost of shipping from the original purchase.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Missing parcels

  • If an item is marked as delivered but has not been delivered or is missing, please contact us and your chosen delivery carrier.
  • Note that once dispatched by us, it is the responsibility of your chosen carrier to successfully deliver your items to you.

What if I receive a defective product?

Please contact us about any damaged or defective items, accompanied by photos, within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.

How long does return processing take?

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Items purchased during seasonal sales, made-to-order products, and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
